The day
How does the day work?
IAT sends pickup instructions before arrival and meets you at PUJ for the sedan ride to Four Points.
- 1
Choosing the destination
The Four Points option is tied to that hotel. Other destinations need their own area option, so your hotel name determines the correct booking.
- 2
Pickup message
The team contacts you the day before arrival with meeting details. Your lead traveler's name is the one used for the airport sign.
- 3
Meeting at the exit
A driver or representative waits at the main airport exit. The sign carries the name used to make your booking.
- 4
Voucher and bags
The driver accepts your digital voucher, so a printout isn't needed. The selected sedan has room for two standard bags.
- 5
Four Points drop-off
The sedan takes your party from PUJ to Four Points by Sheraton. This short hotel transfer completes the selected one way service.
The Four Points sedan journey takes 4 minutes. Other hotel areas have their own transfer durations. The selected ride ends at Four Points by Sheraton.
Pickup and meeting point
- Arrival terminals: Passengers collected from different terminals add a charge for distance and waiting. The terminal used for your booking needs to match the group's arrival arrangement.
- Hotel pickup: For hotel departures, the driver waits in the bellman area in front of the lobby with a name sign. Instructions arrive the day before pickup.
- Digital voucher: Keep the voucher ready on your phone for the driver. You don't need to carry a printed copy for this pickup.
Before you book
- Check your hotel's name against the selected option. The starting price serves Four Points and doesn't cover every resort.
Fit
Is this tour right for you?

Who it's not for
- Families with children aged 6 to 17 without an agreed price
- Parties bringing more than two standard bags in the Four Points sedan
- Travelers with spinal injuries or poor cardiovascular health, under the service's suitability rules
- Other hotel guests selecting the Four Points option
Good to know
Know before you go
Adult tickets cover ages 18 to 90, and each booking needs an adult. Children aged 3 to 5 and infants aged 0 to 2 have separate bands. Ages 6 to 17 need an agreed price.
The Four Points sedan takes two standard bags. The baggage note gives a 50 lb limit. It doesn't say whether that limit applies per bag or to all your luggage. Ask IAT how it applies before booking.
Baby seats are offered, but the rules also call for lap travel. Wheelchair access needs an agreed setup too. Check the vehicle and equipment before you book for either need.
The service isn't recommended for travelers with spinal injuries or poor cardiovascular health.
Pickup from different terminals costs extra. The terminal needs to match your booking. The team sends you pickup details the day before you travel.
You show the driver a digital voucher at pickup. You get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before departure. After that, you won't get a refund.
