Pickup and meeting point
- Resort access: Most Bávaro and Punta Cana hotels use the security gate for pickup. Cap Cana guests need an access pass for the vehicle to enter.
- Pickup message: Your pickup time and gate or lobby location arrive the night before. Collection begins within the hour before your tour.
- Arrival at pickup: Arrive at your assigned point 5 minutes early. If you aren't there within 10 minutes of the driver's arrival, the missed pickup isn't refundable.

Know before you go
Tickets cover ages 4 to 100 and each booking must include an adult. Those are traveler ages. They don't establish a minimum driving age or let every child take the wheel.
The tour isn't recommended during pregnancy or with spinal injuries. Poor cardiovascular health is another restriction. Your choice of solo or shared vehicle doesn't remove these limits on participation.
