Options

Which option to book

Morning and afternoon options use the same course. Daily departures are at 7 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Option Departures
Ziplines Adventures Morning 7 a.m. and 1 p.m., daily
Ziplines PM 7 a.m. and 1 p.m., daily
Means: The 1 p.m. departure suits you if a morning resort plan rules out the early start.

The catch: Ages 6 to 12 can use only the first eight cables of the 12-line course.

The day

How does the day work?

Hotel collection leads to a safety briefing and the mountain cable course before your return transfer.

  1. 1
    Transfer to Anamuya

Your hotel or nearby meeting point starts the journey into the hills. Transfer times depend on road conditions.

  2. 2
    Welcome Center

Guides explain the course and equipment before the first platform. The safety briefing comes before you start riding the cables.

  3. 3
    Mountain course

The circuit links 18 platforms with 12 lines. One cable allows a ride side by side, while younger children finish on the shorter course.

  4. 4
    Return journey

After the course, the transfer takes you back from the park. Traffic can change how long that ride takes.

Plan 6 hours for this booked outing. Time on the cables isn't broken out separately. The transfer returns to the hotel collection area after the course.

Pickup and meeting point

  • Collection area: Hotels in Bávaro and Punta Cana have pickup. Nearby meeting points can also serve Macao and Uvero Alto stays when the accommodation isn't listed.
  • Pickup timing: Collection is planned 40 minutes before the activity starts. Your hotel's arrangement sets the meeting point, and traffic affects the transfer length.
  • Footwear: Wear shoes that cover your feet for the zip lines. The course requires moderate fitness and a safety briefing before the first cable.

Before you book

  • Check each rider's weight and waist before booking. Your harness limits are 280 lb and 44 inches at the waist.

Fit

Is this tour right for you?

You can choose this for a 12-line course with one cable for riding side by side. Your day needs a 6-hour slot. Moderate fitness is required. It doesn't include the Monkeyland visit, so the cable course stays the main activity.

For a shorter cable outing, Tuko's Zipline Only takes 3 hours from $65 per person. Runners' Monkeyland combination adds an animal encounter and lunch from $130 per adult.

Means: Book the 7 a.m. departure if you can start early and set aside the full 6 hours.

Who it's not for

  • Children under 6
  • Riders outside 44 to 280 lb or above a 44-inch waist
  • Pregnant travelers or those with spinal injuries
  • Travelers with heart conditions

Good to know

Know before you go

Weight and waist

The harness range is 44 to 280 lb, with a maximum waist of 44 inches. You need to meet both limits. Being within the age band doesn't override the equipment requirements for this course.

Before the platform

Covered shoes are compulsory, and you must attend the safety briefing. Runners also requires a liability waiver. Your guide explains the equipment at the Welcome Center before the group moves toward the first platform.

Fitness and health

Moderate fitness is needed for this zipline outing. Pregnancy and spinal injuries make it unsuitable, as does poor cardiovascular health. Children need an adult with them even if the booking form lets you proceed without selecting an adult ticket.

Hotel meeting

Selected hotels have transfers, while nearby meeting points can serve other properties. The collection details depend on where you're staying. Traffic also affects the journey, so the departure time isn't a promise of immediate arrival at the course.

Personal spending

Safety equipment and bottled water are provided for the tour. Your transport is part of the package too. Tips and alcoholic drinks are separate expenses, so the ticket doesn't cover every purchase you might make during the outing.

Mobile reservation

One reservation holds 1 to 12 travelers, with a mobile ticket issued for the outing. You can cancel for a full refund at least 24 hours before departure. After that deadline, a voluntary cancellation isn't refundable.

People also ask

  • What does the Runners Dual Zipline tour cost?

The Dual Zipline outing costs from $90 per adult. Your safety gear and guides come with the booking, along with transport and water. The course has a side-by-side cable, but you shouldn't expect every line to offer that arrangement.

  • Can children do every line on Runners' Dual Zipline course?

No, riders ages 6 to 12 stop after the first eight cables. The full course has 12 lines across 18 platforms. Your child must also meet the weight and waist limits, with an adult accompanying them on the outing.

  • What times can you book the Dual Zipline tour from Punta Cana?

You can book the 7 a.m. or 1 p.m. departure daily. Both options use the same course and include transport. Pick the session that fits your resort plans, then use the arranged collection time for meeting the vehicle.

  • How long should you allow for Runners' Dual Zipline tour?

Allow 6 hours for this booked excursion. That covers an outing built around the zipline course and hotel transport. You won't spend the whole period on cables, and traffic means the transfer length can vary from one hotel to another.

  • Is Runners' Dual Zipline outing private for a couple?

No, the tour allows up to 39 travelers. A side-by-side cable gives you a shared ride on that part of the course, not a private departure. Your booking can hold up to 12 people while other guests join separately.
